3. Does Amo Luz ship internationally?

Yes, but to Canada only. No expedited shipping available and a $30 shipping fee will be charged to ship to Canada. Please email us at info@amoluz.com if you're located in another country other than the U.S. and Canada and we will try to get your Amo Luz shoes to you.

4. Does Amo Luz accept returns for international shipping?

Yes, but free return shipping is not available. We will email you a shipping label once you initiate your return. You can begin your return by emailing us at info@amoluz.com or by using our contact form. Please include your order number.

5. Does Amo Luz accept exchanges for international shipping?

Yes, but free return shipping is not available. You may exchange your item(s) for a different size or style within 14 days in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging. We will email you a shipping label once you initiate your exchange. You can begin your exchange by emailing us at info@amoluz.com or by using our contact form. After initiating your exchange you can then place a new order with the new Amo Luz shoes you would like to receive. We will ship the new shoes once the order is placed. You will have 14 days to return your original item(s). If we don't receive the original item(s) within 14 days after we have sent you the return label, you will be charged for both orders. Please include your order number.

6. Do I get my expedited shipping charge back if I return a pair of shoes?

Expedited Shipping charges are not returnable or refundable. Sorry for the inconvenience.

7. Can I return my item(s)?

Yes, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return your order within 14 days in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging with FREE ground shipping. 9. Why is my order arriving in multiple shipments?

Your order is arriving in multiple shipments because items are available in different fulfillment centers. For example, if you order consists of shirts and shoes then your order will arrive in multiple shipments because our shirts and shoes are available in different fulfillment centers. However, you will receive a different tracking number for each item in your order if shipment is divided.
